The March figures for unemployment have just been released and the picture certainly is far from reassuring. At least 46 states show a decline in employment rates, with 2 states sharing a dubious distinction of holding the first and second position- Michigan with its unemployment rate at 12.6% and Oregon at12.1%. Standing third is South Carolina with the unemployment figures reading 11.4%
