The glimmer of hope is perhaps due to a strong signal coming from the housing sector- the Housing Market Index has, based on a survey, revealed that sales expectations went up by a dramatic 50% in April. Significantly this index indicated an upward trend in every region of the US, adding to that positive feeling.
